On hire and Off hire survey

On/Off Hire surveys, including ship condition surveys and condition assessments, are conducted before a vessel is delivered to a charterer or re-delivered to its owner. Our Inspectors provide documented independent proof of the vessel's actual condition, which encompasses structural integrity, cargo space, hatch cover, machinery cleanliness, bunkers on board, and a complete listing of the vessel’s statutory certificates. Our highly trained surveying team, consisting of Master Mariners and Chief Engineers, adheres to global standard operating procedures and delivers thorough reports. We also offer specialized services such as dry dock inspections and flag state inspections, as well as USCG inspection assistance to ensure compliance and optimal performance for our clients.

Utilizing objective parameters and tools based on market information analysis, we can assist you in making informed purchase decisions. TKMR will evaluate the vessel from bow to stern, offering insights that minimize risks of unexpected additional repair costs and operational downtime, along with USCG inspection assistance to ensure compliance.

Bunker survey-ROB AND BQS

Misrepresentation of Remaining On Board (ROB) fuel quantities can be costly for all parties involved. To address this issue, TKMR conducts specialized bunker surveys, including Bunker Detective Surveys, to identify irregularities in ROB quantities. This process benefits the Charterer by ensuring they can correctly settle their obligations under the terms of the Charter Party, while also allowing the vessel to update its fuel record logs accurately. Our inspections cover various critical areas such as hidden tanks, fuel frothing, fuel log integrity, magic pipes, tank transfers while bunking, and tampered measuring devices. Additionally, we offer assistance with dry dock inspections, flag state inspections, ship condition surveys, and USCG inspection assistance to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Furthermore, our services include dry dock inspections and flag state inspections, as well as USCG inspection assistance to support your needs. Additionally, we aim to highlight the credentials of our team by crafting thoughtful bios for each executive, detailing their roles, years of experience, and the journeys that have brought them to their current positions.

Pre dry dock inspection and providing dry dock superintendent service

We frequently travel to shipyards to supervise new construction, retrofitting, and repair projects, including crucial bunker surveys and dry dock inspections. Whether a vessel is in dry-dock for emergency repairs or for her dry-docking survey, our primary aim is to reduce costs for owners and underwriters. We achieve this by being vigilant about issues 24/7. With our presence on-site, vessel owners can focus on more important matters at their head-office while we manage local concerns such as dry-dock budgets, estimate reductions, scheduling issues, flag state inspections, classification survey inspections, and cost over-runs, as well as providing USCG inspection assistance.
